We are a South London-based business specializing in traditional shoe repairs, shoe cleaning, sneaker restoration, and high-quality shoe care products. In addition to shoes, we also repair and clean bags, belts, and any other items you may need attention for. With over 25 years of experience in the trade, our skilled team is equipped to handle any job, no matter the size. We also have a team of specialists available to communicate with you 24/7 through our various communication channels. We offer same-day pick-up for your shoes and can deliver them back to you within 24 hours.
Inspection Payment
We collect your shoes directly from your home address. Prior to collection, we take a £20 deposit to secure your booking. Please note, we do not charge you the full amount for the service until your shoes arrive with us.
At Shoe Care Clinic, we believe every item should be inspected in person before we proceed with any service. This ensures that both you, the customer, and we, the service provider, are protected. It allows us to assess your shoes accurately and charge you accordingly for the necessary work.

Where are we based?
We are based in South London, Wimbledon (8 Lombard Road, SW19 3TZ).
Please note that we do not take orders at this address.
All orders must be placed online, and same-day collection is available.
How can I proceed with the order?
What If My Items Are Lost or Damaged?
All orders are fully compensated in the unlikely event of damage, loss, or theft caused by us. Additionally, all items shipped via courier are tracked, and any items received at our store are photographed and documented for security and transparency.
Am I Able to Cancel My Order?
Yes! We value our customers’ time and understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We offer full refunds for all orders cancelled within 24 hours.
If a collection has already been booked or attempted, only a partial refund can be provided.
What Warranty Do You Offer?
We offer a standard 3-month warranty on our restoration services, subject to normal use and other external factors, such us new damage.
Why Do You Wrap Sneakers?
All of our treatment plans include protective wrapping of your footwear to further prevent exposure to moisture, dirt and dust and to also ensure they are kept in perfect condition after your Shoe Care Clinic.
Do You Only Clean Designer Items?
No, we clean all types of Item’s, including running shoes! Whatever the stain or scuff and no matter how dirty your footwear is, you can be rest assured we’ll take care of it.
Do You Restore Patent Leather?
We can restore patent leather, however, there are some limitations to this service. We can advise more precisely on case by case basis.
Do You Restore Suede?
We clean, restore and brush suede. The process is usually accompanied by colour revive in order to bring your item close to the original look.
Do You Restore Exotic Leather?
Yes, we can restore all types of leather. However, the exotic type of leather usually requires more work and hence the service price may be a bit higher than for natural grain leather.
